CATHEDRAL OF THE MODERN WORLD (2018)
A proposition for the Friends of the Public Garden by Anthony Farenwald, Nicole Mccammon, Matthew Lee and Saksham Gumber
Based on the writings and work of 19th century Boston landscape architect Charles Eliot to preserve natural space in the context of Boston’s growing urban sprawl, this work strives to refocus the attention of the saturated city dweller on the significance of nature in a particularly relevant era in which the equilibrium of the natural world is threatened by human activity.
